CFS Roofing Services had a great heritage in the business, but struggled to stand apart from rival companies in a crowded competitive field. They approached Rivet to help them build greater awareness for their brand.

SOLUTION

The Agency conducted a set of customer and prospect focus groups to learn more about the decision-making process and what are the most important factors in selecting a roofing company. Then, we developed a multimedia brand awareness campaign anchored by broadcast television and digital tactics. “Where Your Home Matters Most” let residents know that CFS understood the importance of their work in protecting and providing peace of mind to all those who live underneath it.

OUTCOMES

The campaign worked to build awareness and reputation for CFS, elevating their perception as a leader in the market. Within six months, CFS Roofing Services moved into a new, larger facility — a reflection of the company’s stellar growth.
